The flags are generally the flag of the country if the name of the language is the same as the name of the country. the exceptions are as follows:

Lapine: I made this flag up. It has a rabbit because Lapine is the language the rabbits speak in the book Watership Down by Richard Adams.
Yiddish: This is the Polish flag.
Qazaq-tili: This is the flag of Kazakhstan.
Basque: This really is the flag of the Basque people who live in Spain.
Latin: This is the flag of the Vatican City. (It seemed appropriate)
Hawaiian: This is the American flag, of course.
Celtic/Gaelic Languages:Thanks to Bill McCallum for Helping me straighten out my various Gaelic/Celtic mistakes. I kept the old flag of the King of Scots because I like ti better than the newer Scottish National flag.
English: I'm told that the word Vuz-peg is used in Devonshire. It is a different pronounciation of Furze Pig (Furze is a bristly hedge)
Arabic: This is the Egyptian Flag. Note on the word Al-qunfuth: Al is an article and can be omitted, th is pronounced like in "that" not like in "think". Approximate pronunciation could be Koonfooth (Thanks to Vassili Nikolaev fro the transliteration)
Roumanie: Huzzah! I Am Zoltan King of the Gipsies!
Esperanto: Did you know that Esperanto has its own flag?
Bretagne: Here is the flag of Brittany the province in France. I recieved the first phrase in an email written entirely in French, so I hope it's OK. The second "Breton" word came from a dictionary
